Abstract:The routing protocols that are specifically designed for the applications used by Wireless sensor networks, the limited available power of the sensor nodes has been taken into attention in order to increase lifetime of the networks. This paper presents a new version of leach protocol called COM-LEACH (Compound-Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) which aims to increase network lifetime. We first completely analyzed clustering Routing Protocol LEACH for data aggregation and its deficiencies and proposed COM-LEACH. Here we compose four Leach Architectures and their functionalities to develop new protocol called COM-LEACH. The goal of our work is to design COM-LEACH architecture and protocol that lead to efficient data aggregation and consume less energy..
