Abstract: This paper shows A improved controller for the dual topology of the unified power quality conditioner (iUPQC) broadening its relevance in power-quality pay, and additionally in microgrid applications. iUPQC will act as a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) at the grid side, while giving likewise conventional UPQC pay at the load or microgrid side. Another control procedure with Fuzzy logic controller is given here. Past the conventional UPQC power quality highlights, including voltage sag/swell remuneration, the iUPQC will likewise give reactive power support to direct the load-bus voltage as well as the voltage at the grid-side bus by utilizing this controller.
