Abstract:To keep pace with rapid technological changes, higher education organizations are part of this change, and they need to adopt a new approach to serve their students because they represent the majority of the audience. In this paper, the author develops a conceptual model for exploring the association between three main components: the quality of e-services, satisfaction, and actual usage. The author fits the association between the proposed model and the obtained primary data depending on the Convenience Non- Probability technique. Further, another method (Modeling Structural Equation) is applied to examine the associations. The resultsreveal a strong positive association between each e-service quality, student satisfaction, and usage.
