Abstract: This research examines the concept of job motivation among teachers, emphasizing the factors that drive or hinder their enthusiasm, commitment, and professional dedication within educational institutions. Teacher motivation is a vital determinant of job satisfaction, performance, and overall institutional success. The study explores personal, institutional, and external influences on motivation, drawing on established motivational theories. It also highlights methods for assessing teacher motivation and provides strategies for fostering a motivated teaching workforce. The paper concludes with insights into the importance of motivation for sustaining quality education in the 21st century.
