Abstract: Health-related issues have been view as one of the main problems which directly impact the quality of life of a person. Health Monitoring System monitors the patients’ health based on sensors data. It enables the doctors to monitor patient's health parameters like Blood Pressure, Heartbeat in real time. Here the parameters of the patient are measured continuously Blood Pressure, Heartbeat is wirelessly transmitted using the Internet of Things (IoT).
