Abstract: The main aim and objective was to plan and program web application for any domain. We have to apply the best software engineering practice for web application. As a web application developer, I was asked to develop an “Student Feedback System†using PHP and MySQl. This system is generally used by four kinds of users Student, Faculty, Head of departments, Admin. The application should evaluate the answers given by the students based on the feedback which will be given by the range. 1 – 10 and grade has to be generated to all the staff members of a particular department. These feedback report was checked by the HOD’s. He can view overall grades and view the grades obtained to the lecturers and give this report to the principal and he can give counselling to the college staff. “By using this online system, we make it better and quick way.â€
