Abstract: Information and technology has been rooted in and integrates with most of the everyday aspect of today. Today the automotive industry reaches out to a wider range of customers, becoming available in different shapes, sizes and versatility levels. However, the ongoing vehicle thefts and the fact that it is also sometimes difficult to report on the matter to the authorities have caused several problems, such as lack of the necessary means to reclaim vehicles, expensive GPS tracker prices, all while having the aforementioned tools which are not quite user-friendly. Such a system was developed using work and experimentation on Arduino microcontrollers, and the use of Android Studio SDK for mobile development. From this method, which has been validated across diverse age and profession groups, it has been inferred that developing a fair-priced, user-friendly, and practical tracking system is very much feasible. It program often runs offline, which is very convenient in the absence of Internet connections for consumers.
