Abstract: This research paper explores the dynamic intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Autonomous Vehicles (AVs). It delves into the latest advancements in AI technology, safety challenges, and the regulatory framework governing AVs. An innovative DTMF-controlled driverless car system, enabling global operations, is introduced. This technology transcends traditional range limitations, heralding a transformative era in autonomous transportation. The study uncovers the safety challenges inherent in autonomous driving, evaluating accident prevention measures and ethical AI-driven decision-making. Additionally, it dissects the regulatory landscape at national and international levels, providing insights into AV deployment.
